Payment Policy
For insured patients:
- You or your insurance company will be billed for services provided at the clinic.
- The patient is responsible for any amount not covered by their insurance plan.
- Payment is due upon receipt of the statement
For uninsured patients:
- Depending on what kind of service you would like to be seen for, a full payment is required at the time of service.
- If lab work or any other additional service is recommended by the provider, then you will be informed about the charges and payment will be required before the additional services are done.
